Diversity and inclusion are important topics that we can always do a better job of discussing and practicing. Here are some of my thoughts on diversity and inclusion and how the next VPSA can help guide KKPsi students to practice active and allyship. *I am by no means a professional or professionally educated on these matters.
My response to the recently released slate and Nominations Committee report.
Come join me on this journey as I pursue the honor to serve KKPsi as the next National Vice President for Student Affairs!
Equip our Students to Lead. This is the second component of my vision for the next biennium. I want to help our fraternity and Brothers lead with passion and purpose and what we lack is a thoughtful plan. With this focus, I would like to work with the National Council to ensure that we are continually creating content that will properly train and guide our students through our programming and fraternity work. Check out my video and hear more about how I plan on fully equipping our students with the right tools, resources, connections, feedback, and opportunities to lead!
Let's take a closer look at the first component of my vision for the biennium: Engaging Brothers to Believe. How often do we tell ourselves and those around us about things we can't achieve? When we focus on our limiting beliefs, we are not truly striving for the highest. In fact, we are doing the exact opposite. As the next VPSA, I would like to work with the National Council to incorporate conversations on how we can help out students build a "growth mindset". How can we help out students shift from the impossible to the possible? Check out this video to learn about my three action items if elected VPSA.
After a long month of focusing on my leadership workshop for the Founders' Circle, I'm excited to get back to this journey to VPSA!!! Here's the next episode of BTV. Today I'm focusing on my vision for the next biennium, "Engage • Equip • Empower". This will be an overview and my next few videos will go into each component in more depth. Hope you enjoy and I would love to continue this conversation on how we can work together to strengthen our student experience! For more information, please visit my website at bangtco.com/NVPSA.

Because bios are boring, here are my Five Fun Facts!! ✋🥳💙 Of course, this whole campaign isn't about me. It's about our students, their experience and their growth. The best way I can find to promote these values is by using my personal growth journey as a source of passion and inspiration.
I am proud to introduce this mini-series of videos, called "BTV". This will be my way of breaking down all the content and information for you and your chapter for the upcoming KKPsi elections. I am proud to be in pursuit of the VPSA role!
